Willow Point Mother's Day Buffet 2017

Join us Easter weekend with family and friends to enjoy the Willow Point Easter Buffet. Start with our bountiful spring salad display with fresh and enticing mixed greens, toppings, composed salads and house made dressings. Stop by for Lobster Bisque, poached and chilled jumbo shrimp cocktail and small-farm oysters. Our Asian wok offers hand-rolled spring rolls and prepared-to-order pho. On the carving boards, you’ll find herb rubbed prime rib au jus and smoked pork streamship round.

Our Hot Buffet will feature:
buttermilk-battered chicken breasts with spring succotash
morrocan lamb stew with couscous
roasted loch duart salmon with buerre blanc and fried leeks
white cheddar mac and cheese
loaded mashed potatoes
fresh spring peas and baby carrots
fried cauliflower in cheese sauce
steamed broccoli with roasted garlic and sundried tomatoes
Of course, we’ll have cakes, pies, cookies and our signature Blizzard Bar.

Charlie's Country Buffet
Recipe: Recipe: Goat Cheese & Chive Dressing

Try this popular salad dressing at home on your own salad creations.

Ingredients
4 oz. goat cheese
1 shallot
2 garlic cloves
1/2 C. buttermilk
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. fresh chives, finely chopped
1 T. coarsely ground black pepper
2 t. salt

Directions
Puree goat cheese, shallot, garlic cloves and buttermilk in a blender until smooth. Then, blend in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Prime Rib Night
Our ever-popular Prime Rib Night features slow-roasted prime rib of beef au jus. Our beef is USDA certified Angus beef and comes in 8-, 12- or 16-ounce portions. Each meal includes fresh vegetables and choice of a potato side dish.
