Forming a friendly and attentive service culture, to give members what they want, takes time, training, and commitment. We’ve had many new faces in which to ingrain the “Willow Point Way”, and I’ve heard some great comments on their personalities and willingness to serve. As managers, we have to provide them with the tools, guidance, and support to help them succeed. The membership has used the service team to speak out, and the message to bring back some “old” favorites has been loud and clear. For example, I’m pleased to announce “They’re Back!”… Sweet Potato Fries and Soft Serve Yogurt! Sometimes the simple things can be forgotten about but end up being most important to someone else. Please keep the suggestions coming because we are here for you, the members, and strive to give you what you want!
